I lost my registration code.

I entered my registration code, but it doesn't work
properly:
Please check these things:
- Make sure you enter the registration number exactly as it is
shown, especially the capital letters.
- Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the edit
line.
- Your registration code has a dash in it. (A registration code
looks something like this: RXCP90012300056-012 ).
- Make sure you differentiate between 'I' and '1' (one) in the
code.
- Make sure you have the correct version of the software (usually
under File, About).
If you're still having trouble, send us an email to
info@applian.com. Please
specify which make and model of device you are using, and we'll
generate a different code for you.
I just purchased the SIB, and my registration code won't work.
If you haven't installed recently from the latest SIB bundle package,
you may have an older version that does not accept the SIB code. Here's
what to do:
- Download the latest SIB software from the download
page here.
- Run the file you downloaded, and reinstall everything you want
to use.
- Soft-reset your device.
- Enter the registration SIB code into one software product on the
Pocket PC, and they all get registered instantly.
If you still have problems, check the version number
of the software you're entering the SIB code into. In order for the
registration code to work, the version number must have an 's' in
it. For example, PicturePerfect would appear as "Version 4.04s".
